Rest, recharge, and rewild yourself whilst discovering a new creative you.
Your mini-break away from your everyday life will be a balm for the soul as you spend time with like-minded people soaking up the joys of nature whilst being in your creative flow.
Taking inspiration from the stunning landscape surrounding the retreat centre, you will join some of South Devon's finest women artists as they guide you through a series of hands-on creative workshops over a 2 x night, 3 x day period.
You will be encouraged and empowered to create artwork incorporating your own unique ways of self-expression. During this mini-break at the beautiful venue, you will have the option to complete all or some of the workshops. All our workshops will be between 2 - 3 hours. The evenings will be free for you to do as you wish. Although you choose to join our wellness team and participate in a guided meditation, yoga nidra, a sound bath or a Bollywood Fusion dance session ...... the choice will be yours.
Meet The Team:
Lili John hosts the retreat and she is joined by her team of highly experienced workshop facilitators who are also internationally recognised artists in their own rights.

The hands-on workshops for March 2025 will include:
Ceramics, Creative Writing, Lace Making, Abstract painting and Mono Printing.
The schedule is rich, varied, and expansive, however, there is also time given to relaxation and spaciousness.
The venue:
The Manor, Bratton Clovelly is set on its own grounds. It offers privacy and tranquillity. There is immediate access to the surrounding countryside.
The retreat centre has been beautifully refurbished and it is run, as far as possible, on sustainable and ecological principles. Eco-friendly cleaning products are used and a recycling and composting scheme is followed.
There is parking for 10 cars on site.
Practice Rooms
There are several large practice rooms and chill-out areas to relax.
The Land
Dartmoor is an ancient landscape that has a profound healing quality felt by everyone who spends time on the moor. The proximity of the moor, the ever-changing colours, the darkness at night, and the deep silence – all of which are hugely beneficial to mind, body, and spirit.
